SSU and Auto FCS

I am trying to get AFCS to work with the SSU, and im not having much luck. First of all im not heading for the cape for a landing im heading some place else. Next i think afcs is looking for the earth cfg file and its moved since the last edition of orbiter if somebody could help me and get afcs pointed to the right location. Finally how can i get the OMS engines to burn in the right direction for afcs to be used i can get them to turn on but they look like there at a wrong angle.

I can't help you with the SSU OMS question though.

For the OMS, you can follow the Deorbit burn checklist in section 4 of the Flight Checklists. Perform the Deorbit Burn Setup and Deorbit Burn checklist before starting AFCS. Skip the 'Load DV' step and you can enter any time you want for TIG. You should also avoid entering ITEM 27.
