I know it's a few months away, but has anyone done anything yet with the shuttle fleet for STS-125, the final Hubble service mission? I'm mainly looking for the launch parameters to edit into an older Atlantis launch scn file, but if anyone has anything else in work (like the payload bay structure that holds the HST for servicing), that would be cool too.

I'm doing a couple of educational presentations in the next couple of weeks and I want to show some parts of this mission. The kids won't know if it's accurate or not, and I won't have time to rendezvous from launch, but I'll know! I'm using the [ame="http://www.orbithangar.com/searchid.php?ID=2982"]HST v2.0[/ame] model from marg777 at Orbithangar. It's not urgent because I can show any shuttle launch and run a separate scn where I start out close to HST, grab it with the RMS, and pull it into rough service position in the bay. But if anyone has something better, I'd appreciate it.

Thanks!

Here is the "fleet" scenery file; just make sure you have the Hubble and the OBBS.
This will put you ready for launch.
P.S when i pasted this file it took all the "spaces" between the lines out; I'll try to fix this.

Technically, this is both accurarte and inaccurate. It is true that the ODS will not fly, but the External Airlock on which the ODS sits on will still be in Atlantis' payload bay.

I am pretty dumb .. I do not know that all these lines mean from the message above so I could never do anything with them. Instead of all that code, could someone make a file to download into Orbiter. I know Dave will make it as soon as he can .. he always does

According to the ICD for the mission, it has the ODS planned to be on-board, I suspect only as the external airlock and without docking port. Only the airlock part is needed for the STS-400 rescue mission and it does not dock to the ISS.
