Sun-sync degree coordination

Folks,

Does anyone know any formula to calculate sun-sync planet coordination (zero degree faces sun from orbiting planet)? At fixed eye position relative to planet, stars in background moves across planet that faces sun fixed. I was looking for formula through google, etc. but can't find one source so far.

You have me up to here, then...

Well, I mean sun-sync planet coordination for fixed eye position, not sun-sync orbit.

I think you are saying that you want to calculate the vector that points from the center of a planet to the sun as a function of time?
