yes, as long as i's not oo big and you oN't delete the rocket-ports and roads (just copy germany, do your changes and thanlay the copy of germany over it again, but with all yelow deleted, or just PM-me your edits and I'll do them, because for me it isn't a problem to do a change and than paste in roads, etc. again - I fin it funny to work with Paint.NET)
