.. Unzip into your Orbiter Folder...
You must open your Earth.cfg file, found in the config folder and add the following to it...
Base(last+1) = Tracy-Island +155 -5
Base(last+2) = IR +155 -5
----You must increase the number of bases by 2 ---....
NumBases = x+2...
There is an example included called - earth(example).cfg...
