General Question Using Image splitter by Nickd

I have been working on a project, and I need to split a larger image in order to create surface tiles. The problem I am having is that the software asks for the Long. and Lat. of the upper right coordinates of the image I am useing, but the program won't allow me to use the decimal point. My tiles will be way off if I can't be more precise. Am I doing something wrong, or am I missing something?
