The XR2's engines generate their own light source too. Though I suspect a number of engines are self lighting. The "landing" lights are useful for deep space maneuvers - they light up your docking target.

The DG's engines too.

The Enhanced Orion has lights for both its nuclear pulses and docking ports.

The default Atlantis makes use of the feature in its main engines, but has no docking lamp. David413's Shuttle Fleet has local lights, as does Thorton et. al.'s International Space Station (for the station itself, as well as its Progress and Soyuz vessels) and both Soyuz FG/U and ProtonK/M add-ons.

There are others, I'm sure. The list grows constantly.
