I was out walking the dog when I noticed a bright object waaay above the clouds, moving E->W retrograde at about a -1.8 magnitude. It was about 01:10-01:30 UTC. My position is roughtly 33 degrees 41 minutes N latitude and 84 degrees 1 minute W longitude and am only about 20 miles from Atlanta, GA.
I've already looked all at Heavens-above and it doesn't list anything bright enough for the time period at my location.
And yes, I'm positive it wasn't a plane, it winked out like the ISS did two nights ago and didn't disappear like planes in my area do.
Thanks for any help!

I used Orbitron and can't find any bright satellites there either. (the best it gets is magnitude 3 or 4)
If what you saw was bright enough, it could have been a weather balloon.
