Can't believe that Rick Astley thing is still going on. People used to bug each other with him via pranks before the internet was available in everyone's home. I was once tempted to post one in the "What music are you listening to?" thread, but thought I might be taken for a geriatric troll if I did (at least, more of one than I already am considered!). :lol:

I really love this music video by Queen. It's rich in it's presentation and has alot of style, other discriptive words escape me when it comes to this type of video. I came to expect alot from Queen and Freddie Murcury and I was never dissapointed by them. I enjoy all of thier videos, they are progressive masterpieces in my eyes. Though a few where a vision of the state of Freddies mind I think. Non the less, exceptional. :thumbup:

Lol - having tremendous fun reading the responses but one video stands out head and shoulders above the rest. It was one of the very first videos; in the earliest days of MTV.
"Party Train" by The Gap Band (1983) was a funk-music song that slid right into the ears and pressed every switch labelled "fun". It was unashamedly sexy; filmed at Muscle Beach, California. Charlie Wilson - the almost unbelievebly handsome leader of the Gap Band - was funny, sexy and thoroughly engaging; the beat was hypnotic. The video shows a fictional dance competition/party; where dancers jump into a boxing ring and let 'er rip. The dances range from hilarious (the old couple breaking loose and breaking for the crowd) to wonderful (the real-life street kids shaking it out).
Look closely in the crowd; and you will see a muscular young man that at the time was only known as "Arnold Strong" boppin' away to the music. Years later he would be known as the Terminator; and ultimately the 'Governator' of California: Arnold Schwarzenegger. You will also see - briefly - the great Don Campbell and several of his Lockers (the cop and the dancers he interrupts); though co-creator Toni Basil was no longer with them at this point.

I've never seen a video half as fun to watch as [ame=http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bACKLW19XdE] Party Train[/ame] by The Gap Band. I hope you find it as much fun as I do.
