Sorry, no HAB yet. It is coming, these things take a good bit of time.
The format of the crew in the scenario is slightly different, if anyone has any saved scenarios, they may be broken by this update. Here is an example of how to fix:
I hate to break scenarios, but code changes were needed to support the upcoming HAB stuff.

I don't see any hills or valleys when landed on the Moon, is there a texture addon I missed.
you might check with gattis about his hard suits might work better for this .

Did a little research, it seems that you have turned off terrain elevation altogether. Turn it back on in linear interpolation mode, and set Max resolution level (box just below) to 19.

Yes thanks turned that back on and the hills are back but the AMSO guys sink up to their ankles into the dirt

I am afraid that is going to be the case of the sinking guys, vessels. Since the vessel (eva guy,....) is based off touchdown points. I know GV using that. And it looks at the front/back heights and then slants the vessels as you are going up and down a hill.

Nice Lander, Great work, nice to see something realistic for Manned Landings in Orbit2016. Might be slight issue though with the "UMMU" when on the surface. I can use the "1" and "2" to take them off the lander for moonwalk, but I can't seem to get them back on the Lander for Ascent. I assumed I have to be close to the ladder and be in the LLWL, what am I missing?

I seem to be at a bit of an impasse with the HAB related to the electrical system. Currently I have a 1500 watt RTG mounted to the exterior hull, doing the math that is about 5 amps at 28 volts, or 10 amps at 14 volts. This is certainly enough power for translunar coast and to keep the HAB alive in between crews, but I think I would need more to support a crew. Cabin heating would not be an issue, there are 1350 watts of waste heat produced by the RTG (10% efficiency). There is enough space on top of the HAB for solar panels, but that adds a lot of weight and complexity. Thoughts?

How about a hydrogen-oxygen fuel cell? They're heavier but produce a lot more wattage per kg.

I really wanted something that wouldn't need to be refilled/charged/replenished over time. However, since fuel cells produce H2O, that H2O could be stored and when the RTG is producing surplus power the water cold be electrolyzed back to H2 and O2. That way, say the HAB is manned for 5 days a month. You would need enough cryo for 5 days, leaving 25 days a month with surplus power. I think in 25 days, 5 days worth of H2O could be converted back to H2 and O2. Does that sound feasible?

I know you wanted something that wouldn't be refilled over time, but what about using H2O from the lunar surface itself to replenish the fuel cells?

Even so, it would still need to be turned into H2 and O2. I am definitely keeping the RTG, something has to keep the electronics alive during the lunar night; and I need power to convert H2O (whatever the source) to reactants. Is the H2O on the lunar surface other places besides the South Pole? I would like to have the ability to conduct a surface mission anywhere on the moon. The other option would be to resupply the HAB with a small cargo lander (H2O, air, food, etc) before each new crew arrives. This would be needed anyway to some extent for food and air at least. I think it would be best to keep the H2/O2 systems (high pressure) permanently sealed, and have the option of replenishing the H2O side of the system. I guess my point to that whole long thing is regardless of where the H2O comes from, the RTG has 25 days to convert it to H2 and O2.

Umm... yeah... I know, I know, but it's inside that metal can for physical protection, and as long as RTGs aren't damaged, they don't leak radiation...
Anyway, it doesn't provide enough power to drive, there are batteries for that. It recharges the batteries while parked, plus powering stuff like the nav computer, comms, etc.
