This is how I setup my Orbiter 2016. You will need distro 0.3 to utilize the .distro file within:

Several mods have updated since 2024: Better ISS has updated, Falcon9_o2016 has updated, crew dragon has updated, Falcon Heavy has updated, SpaceX Starship has updated (the one AFTER sn15), French Guiana Titles leads to a 404 (are you looking for https://www.orbiter-forum.com/resources/french-guiana-surface-tiles-v-2.5680/ ?), and finally Vulcan Centaur has updated.
