Thank you all for the feedback. Totally agree on preserving Orbiter’s graphics ‘style’ and on medium-poly models, these were my two main goals when modelling. Happy to share some photos of what I have when I get back from work. so far I have the Wheel, ShuttleA and ShuttlePB, but no virtual cockpit for the ShuttleA yet. I also Agree the ISS would be good to have, and As Orbiter always included a Simple MIR station, I think it would be appropriate to also include a simple Tiangong. Happy to work on a model for this if it will be included in Orbiter 2024, as with any of my models, I‘d only ask I be credited for the models somewhere;)

Hi all, I have linked a document with some photos of the vessel models I have made. As before, I plan to use this as part of an independent addon, but if the Orbiter 2024 development community would like to use these as the default-included vessels, I would be happy to share them with whoever would be responsible for that (appologies I am not sure how such tasks are being allocated around the development team).

GoogleDocs file: Orbiter Default Vessel Meshes

If anyone would like any more pictures/info, or has any issues opening the file, just let me know:)

One thing that would be nice in some future update is that I really like the land/dock light in the DG. Perhaps someday the light could be added to the Shuttle-A and -B, and particularly the Martin’s Dragonfly. This would facility docking even in the dark to modules, etc.
I like using the Dragonfly with PursuitMFD to add tubes and cubes to the ISS for increased docking capacity, and would be helpful to work in the dark.

I'm trying to open the link by selecting my Google account, but it says me I have to sent a request to the author. Is that expected or maybe you have to change some privacy settings for those files on your Google Drive?
The same happened to me - I have sent a request referencing my username here. :)

Absolutely agree. My ShuttlePB model has a little landing light on the front gear, and the ShuttleA has areas for nav/strobe lights, and docking light in the docking port bay

I just looked at the beta, and here's a list of planets and moons that have textures.

Mercury
Venus
Titan
Hyperion
Uranus and it's moons
Neptune and moons (Two of them have the same textures)

Looks like HUDDrawer.dll doesn't work, failed to load.

Does anyone think that dansteph should add a UMMU 4.0 for Orbiter 2024, or just stick with UACS?
He's not been around for quite some time, I would not hold your breath for an updated UMMU.

Having used both. You get use to UMMU3.0 in 2010 and switching to UACS is a slight learning curve. But UACS needs to be updated for sound and released.
