Sounds good i am 39 and ex real Pilot. but i dont think the NASA fly long time when the new President Obama want to kill the Space Program ?

Nope, I'm not to old!

According to NASA, the ideal age to apply to become an astronaut is 37 years old.
Applicants under 30 are rarely ever hired.

NASA astronaut John Philips was 57 years old when he flew on STS-119 in March 2009!
And NASA astronaut Tim Creamer is 50 years old, and he is on the ISS right now making his first spaceflight!

Are you not to old to become an Astronaut ??? what is the maximum age to get in as an astronaut ???

I think it's great that you want to be an astronaut - I have similar aspirations. Either that, or another career with a space programme. I was wondering - have you done any career research regarding things like entry requirements for various careers in space, and which courses are best at A-level and University? I need to do some of this myself.
