Bermuda is a British Overseas Territory. It's airport, L.F. Wade International Airport (formerly the United States Naval Air Station Bermuda) was an unused Transoceanic Abort Landing site for the Space Shuttle.
Bermuda was the first ever base I tried to create for Orbiter 2016 about a year ago. Unfortunately, near the end of 2022, I had PC problems that led me to lose everything on my hard drive which was not backed up, including the unfinished Bermuda. A few days ago, I decided it could be fun to do it again and finally finish it. This is the end result.
One scenario is included. It is named "Deltaglider at Bermuda" and is located in the folder "Delta-glider Extras" in the launchpad.
IMPORTANT: The flattening of the runway is handled by the D3D9's flat (.flt) system. If it does not work for you, ensure you have the most recent version of the client, and check in the "Visual Effects" tab in the launcher that 'Surface elevation, using' is checked and set on 'linar interpolation'. If it still does not work, go in the "Video" tab and click on the 'Advanced' button. Check on the left of the screen and ensure that 'Tile Archive' is on 'Cache & Archive' and that 'Enable terrain flattening', located at the very bottom left of the window, is checked.
