Know this is probably dead, but has there been any progress on getting CSSC to work for Orbiter 2016? I really loved using it in 2010, really detailed and immersive. Really would hate to see it die. :(

Well, it didn't and they started a new game (This one.) in the same universe, and with the same engine.

Saw it on Friday, it was great! But there's one little, but annoying inaccuracy I noticed. (Kind of spoilers-ish.) (I obviously saw other inaccuracies, such as the way to big windows on the Hermes, and some other stuff, but I wanted to say this thing I noticed.) In the mission control scene...

Could the BLEO propulsion module be used for other purposes? Say, you wanted to send a probe somewhere, like the outer solar system, but you had to do it really fast for some reason. Could you attach the probe to the top of one of those stages and would it work?

Sorry if I'm bumping, but any new progress on this awesomeness? Also, when can we expect a release date? I just can't wait to play this!

Hmm... That is a sort of problem, and though I really like the Eridanus idea, personally I couldn't complete that kind of mission in the game, because it is just simply impossible for me to de-orbit, reenter the atmosphere, and land the thing. However, that's just me, and there's probably lots...

Interesting! It's good to see that you're back! :thumbup: By the way, did you learn anything about actually modding the probes into Orbiter? (Programming, textures, UV mapping, etc.) But if you didn't I'd be happy to help! (I've modded working spacecraft into Orbiter before.)

Cool! They're fantastic! :thumbup: Also, just out of curiosity, how will the space station modules rendezvous and dock with the Mirai, once launched by a M-II? Do they have their own propulsion and RCS systems? Does it use a modified M-II 2nd/upper stage to dock?
