Humor "Accidents" in docking/undocking...

what is the craziest thing you did on docking and undocking?

well, there was the many times i bashed right through the ISS... there was the one where i ripped off most of it´s solar panels,
and most glorious of all - after undocking with the bond-vaga station (the one made from empty shuttle ETs with the centrifuge thing) - i somehow managed to maneuver myself into the path of one of the rotating struts.... it wasn't pretty :lol::facepalm:

and every now and then i load a dock-start scenario and forget i have my throttle pushed all the way up....

Really. I did that example.

Also, I had a real accident. I was slowly closing in for a nominal docking, then I accidentaly fired main engines at several meters away (or at least that's what I think has happened, it will remain a mystery until the reveals it to us).

'Houston, main engine ignition??'
'Houston, main engine cut-off. Hopefully nothing serious.'
'Mission Control, this is the ISS. We see the XR-2 coming in too fast...[bang][swoosh] INSTRUMENTS SHOW PRESSURE 0 PSI WE ARE ALL GONNA DIE!!! AHHHHHH'
(Mission Control Artificial Intelligence):'Transmission end at 21:42, 4th of October 2031.'
(Mission Control crew 1):'Looks like it's time for a cover-up.'
(Mission Control crew 2):'Oh no. Not another one.'
