General Question Attaching Strela to Unity

Hi

I'm using Orbiter 2010 P1, Shuttle Fleet v4.8 and ISS v3.2

I'm trying to attach the Strela crane to the the Unity module, but it keeps drifting away. This is really frustrating me, as I get to the ISS, dock but now I can't continue.

I've tried everything and the manual isn't that clear.
