Auto Pilot MFD for Space Shuttle

Is there an auto pilot MFD that will work with Shuttle Fleet 4.15 that performs an automated flight into orbit? I've been away from Orbiter for a while and am trying to get back into it. I teach a high school class in Aerospace Science (similar to the CAP course) and would like to use Orbiter with my students. An automated liftoff would make things a lot easier.

By shuttle fleet 4.15 do you mean David413's Shuttle Fleet? If so, it's all built in to that addon and the instructions for using it are included in the PDF in that addon pack.
