Problem AutoFCS Problem

I have a problem with AutoFCS that comes with Shuttle Fleet. When I open it up, I notice that there are no bases listed in the the base selection list. I don't know what to do. I am running Orbiter2010P1 on Windows 7. I have Shuttle Fleet v4.5 w/ service pack 1.
