Just install the textures, modules (NO PLUGINS!!!), meshes and configs from the STS Expansion Pack 4.3, and then the
STS-132, 133 and 134 expansion packs. That should give you the new payloads, and that is all that you want.
Need the STS-122 for Space Shuttle Ultra for the OBSS

Then you need to create the ISS in your scenario file. The ISS fleet has presets which represent the ISS in various stages of construction. For say STS-135 you are going to need to use the most current one, and then dock the missing modules together. It should look something like this...

I will add a disclaimer here. I have added the Leonardo PMM from STS-133, but my current setup does not have the ACM from 134.
You want to make sure you have the current Spacecraft3, and I would recommend getting
Base Sync MFD
(which tells you how far you will pass over a certain base on a certain orbit, very useful for judging on which pass to deorbit.)

(which will make life much easier when flying the Shuttle during decent)

(since the Shuttle is always under attitude control in orbit and this will make things easier when approaching the ISS on LVLH R-bar and V-bar as well as the RPM and TORVA manuvers, and it is far superior to Universal PTG in my book)
