I noticed that the viewport size is passed to clbkLoadPanel2D at every call.
This might be mere convenience, or it might indicate that the viewport size could actually change at runtime.
As far as I know, Orbiter is not resizable in windowed mode, so I think it's the former. I'm just asking to make sure.
