Question COM/NAV frequencies in .scn file?

Hi @all!
Many vessel settings and flight parameters are stored in the corresponding scenario file when saving a current mission status.
However, it seems that the set COM/NAV frequencies are lost everytime I restart a saved scenario, and I have to look them up and set them anew. This is somehow annoying...
Is there any possibility to preserve the COM/NAV frequency settings in the scenario file?
When I save a scenario with an active COM/NAV MFD, I will find

BEGIN_MFD Right
TYPE COM/NAV
END_MFD

in the .scn file, but without frequencies. Can I somehow add my preferred frequencies to this section manually?

Did you try the NAVFREQ parameter of the vessel? Just see the Orbiter Developer Manual, page 11.

You need to set the frequency under the ship definitions using the NAVFREQ setting. If you start the scenario, set the frequency, and then save the scenario, this will put this line under your ship scenario settings.

In the meanwhile, I have also found the meaning of the "NAVFREQ" settings in the ship section of the .scn file by myself.
I was just confused, because:
1) the frequencies are not set directly, as they are displayed in the MFD, but somehow coded (108.00 = 0; 108.05 = 1; 108.10 = 2; ... ; 139.95 = 639). Obviously, I couldn't find them by searching the .scn file.
2) any newly set frequencies were not kept, neither via the "SAVE" button in the scenario editor, nor with quicksave. The numbers behind NAVFREQ in the .scn file remained always the same, and after restarting the scenario, the "old" frequencies were back.

I could solve the second issue only by re-installing Orbiter.
I couldn't find out why, and honestly: I don't care, because everything seems to work fine now. The frequencies are saved even when COM/NAV MFD is "closed", and also with quicksave. No more need to set them manually in the scenario file.
