Project Mercury Correct Project Mercury Patch?

I have come across two seperate patches (it seems) for Project Mercury and the numbering system does not make sense to me.

I have 061129 and 061203

Which one of these is the latest for Mercury 5.0?

must be 2006 late nov and early dec.

so 061203 is the latest?
