Disney-style Von Braun rockets alternate history movie

I remember, a couple of years ago, seeing a trailer for a recent or upcoming movie which explored the possibility of an alternate history/future setting wherein the world of Von Braun/Disney rockets was reality. Everything from huge boosters to oversized wings and huge space stations, etc. No matter how I look I cannot find it. Does anyone even know what I'm talking about or am I loonier than the moon?

Yeah, I have heard of this. I thought it was named something similar to COnquest of Space which was a Goerge Pal film from the 1950s, but can't remember the name of it.

I saw some footage of it, it was just exterior space shots. Very pretty, but I don't think they have actually hired actors or started filming any real stuff. It's like vaporware, something that always "coming soon" but never makes it here.
