Editing .scn files

I can't for the life of me figure out how to open a .scn and edit it (using basic HTML I presume?). Is there a utility or module that can do this?

All you need is notepad, it's just a text file. Just make sure that you save as a .scn, and not a .txt. You may want to make a copy of the original first, in case of errors. Copy/paste from other scenario files works well too once you get used to it.
