Advanced Question Figuring out launch windows?

Hi,
I know how to program multiple sling-shots with Transx (mayby earth to Jupiter with venus and two earth fly-bys). But I don't know how to calculate launch windows for this. I always done it with example scenarios. And my question is if there is any way to configure out own launch windows for complex interplanetary flights?

AFAIK the only method within orbiter we have is to sit there with TransX and fiddeling with the departure time and see what comes out.
To my knowledge Flytandem (The king of trajectory) does nothing else all day long
