General Question Getting Started With Orbiter 2016

Hello Everyone,

I've been away from Orbiter for a while, and with the release of Orbiter 2016, I thought I'd brush up on some old skills.

I downloaded the following files (56.2 Gig!):

Orbiter 2016 High Res_ Earth
Orbiter 2016 High Res_ Mars
Orbiter 2016 High Res_ Minor Bodies
Orbiter 2016 High Res_ Moon
D3D9Client2016-R1.zip
IMFD57.zip
LTMFD15.zip
MicroTextures.zip
Orbiter2016.exe
OrbiterSound40_20121120_setup.exe

So far, I've only installed the MSI for Orbiter 2016.

I have heard that Orbiter Sound has some issues with Orbiter 2016, but I'm not sure if that applies to Orbiter Sound 4.0.

Does anyone have any advice about which of these files to watch out for, or which of the above are unnecessary?

Also, where can I find the Orbiter 2016 SDK? It doesn't seem to have been installed with the MSI.

Orbiter sound works mostly, though there are some quirks. But it's better than no sound at all!
