Although I want to say this first after my registration into this forum (in August 2018), but whatever.
Hello everyone, I am soumya-8974! Let me tell you when I was first interested in space. In 23rd December 2015, I read in the newspaper that NASA had successfully landed the bottom portion (1st stage) of a tube-shaped rocket. So, I wanted to know what is NASA and what was its history. Also, I found that NASA never attempted to land the first stage of a rocket, its private company Space Exploration Technologies Corp. (SpaceX) attempted that. And the tube-shaped rocket is Falcon 9. So, I was also trying to know about SpaceX.
I am also tell you how I became familiar with the Orbiter. When I was subscribed to Everyday Astronaut, I came to know about Kerbal Space Program (KSP). When I searched for Kerbal Space Program in YouTube, I had also got Scott Manley and got this video: [ame="https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lC-0taniRWk"]Orbiter 2016 - A Less Kerbal Space Sim - YouTube[/ame]
So I became familiar with the Orbiter. After that, I went to http://orbit.medphys.ucl.ac.uk/ for buying the game and voilla, it is free!
Thank you everyone in advance and like you, I will also hailing to a probe.
