Problem Issue with Delta IV Launcher mod

I recently installed the Delta IV Launcher mod for Orbiter 2016. Everything appears to working correctly except when I start the scenario the rocket spawns underneath the pad clipped into the ground. I made sure that I had all the required mods installed, I'm struggling to find the issue. It's like the mod is expecting something different with the launch location and that's why it's putting the rocket in the ground. Any help is appreciated, if you need more information to assist me I can give it to you.

Which addon are you referring to?

@beejmeister is probably referring to the Delta IV Launch Vehicles 3.0 add-on, which isn't optimised for Orbiter 2016. If he gives the URL of the tested add-on to us, then we will look into the problem.
