Question Launch Pad Lights made by Brian Jones

Hello guys i need Launch Pad Lights made by Brian Jones but i cant find , can anyone upload somewhere this addon for me ? I want install Hi-res edwards base and i saw in read me file , needed lunch pad light , avsim dead i cant download and next question what first i must install becouse i found LC39-EFAB 2006.3 , sol_alt_slat , and today i saw STSExpPackSlatPATCHR0 . I think like this :

1. High Resolution KSC
2. LC39-EFAB 2006.3
3. Runway Markers made by "David413",
4. Launch Pad Lights made by Brian Jones (cant find)
5. sol_alt_slat
6. STSExpPackSlatPATCHR0

like this is good or not ? thx for help
