Is it possible to make local regions of gravity with different values? For example imitation "mass concentration" on the Moon.

As in turning on non-spherical gravity in the Orbiter options?

Currently the gravitational field of a celestial body can be customised only in latitude (by defining the coefficients of a zonal expansion). I'm still planning (at some point) to implement a full spherical harmonics expansion in both angular variables (which will allow the definition of arbitrary local variations, but may require a very high order expansion). This hasn't happened yet. See Doc\technotes\gravity.pdf for the current implementation.
