General Question Map keys directly to linear and rotational RCS

I have an external keypad I'm using with Orbiter 2010 and I trying to determine if there is a way to map keys directly for both linear and rotational RCS control? I see the keymap file, but from what I can gather I can only toggle between the two modes. What I'd like to do is use one set of keys for linear controls and a different set for rotational controls. Is this possible?

I'm not quite sure (as in: I haven't tested this yet), but it seems that the Fly by Wire Addon might be what your're looking for:

In case this only works with Joystick buttons, you can also install an application called "Joy2Key" which can map Joystick inputs on a keyboard.

I remember reading recently about someone using exactly this solution...so it looks it can be done.
I can't recall the thread though.
