Problem Moon level 11 texture

Need a spot of help folks for what I hope is a really noob problem!!

Done a clean install after moving disks around in my machine. Downloaded moon level 11 texture after checking I did not have the file sitting on one of my disks. (i.e. don't think it was installed before)

unzipped file into orbiter directory, no prob, BUT don't see any real difference to the moon! There is some detail, its not just a plain ball but I am sure I had this before unzipping the file

I have a line in my Moon.cfg file

; === Visualisation Parameters ===
MaxPatchResolution = 11 ; highest sphere patch level

Is this enough, am I hoping for too much in the way of detail?

In the "Visual Effects" tab in Orbiter Launchpad, be sure that "Max. resolution level" is set to 11 or above.

If it still doesn't improve the view, move the Moon texture to the Textures2 folder if its not already there.
