NASA concerns over turbo pump cracking SPACE X Falcon 8

A Government Accountability Office (GAO) report found cases of persistent
cracking in components of SPACE X Falcon 9 rocket motor.
Particularly troubling is cracking in the turbopump assembly which feeds fuel
into the rocket motors

The issue has caused NASA to delay "man rating" of the Falcon 9 and its
Dragon space capsule for carrying astronauts to the ISS space station
