The other day, I was shown this video:

[ame="http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-m2fVWj99x4"]Stepping on the M83 - YouTube[/ame]

After the chuckling was over I thought 'hey, this song is strangely catchy.' Looked it up and ended up hearing most of the album thanks to Youtube.

I'm prone to night terrors, rarely but occasionally themed from scraps of recent memory. A full 24 hours later it's very hazy, and I wouldn't remember it at all if not for the fact that it featured a severed head sitting on my chest that basically resembled the album cover for that song, which I had never seen until this afternoon, after the dream.

Yes, it looks ridiculous and comical now, but in a surreal event where it screams and bleeds on your chest while you're immobilised it's a somewhat different story. I distinctly remember the elephant trunk, the strange eyes and the distorted mouth, though a hood or cloth covered the rest of it. All the while some electronic beat was playing in the background, though it wasn't the same song.

But why did it so closely resemble something I hadn't seen? Probably because I actually had somehow without realising it, but possibly a bizarre coincidence. In any case, it's interesting when it does happen.

On a related note, this is mostly why I've never dabbled in hallucinogenic drugs. I know what's coming already and want no more of it. :lol:

Have you ever played Call of Cthulhu, that looks like one of the creatures from that game.

I have, and I do not remember anything like that!
