Hope you like those :)

(On a sidenote: I've got the feeling that I already posted those. Either I have closed the tab before posting in my multi-tab madness, or they are in a completely unrelated thread.)

YES! First manual docking! LETS CELEBRATE:

After a few orbits, I re-entered exactly 84km from Wideawake:

You get good views when you re-enter though that part.

Couple images of my second Station construction mission

The First is less than 5k and going behind the planet

Second just after docking while emerging from the darkness.

(not obvious because I wanted a good view of the station.)

And to top it off, That was my first docking with the XR5.

Don, docking port is wrong. it should be ASP-B type, but not ASP-GB1.

If you have my ISS addon, look at Zvezda zenith/nadir port and compare it with Zarya's nadir port.

I very much appreciate the work you've been putting in with the shuttle addons the past few years. Well done! :D

Great pictures! Any idea when you might release?

Firstly, REALLY nice work, Don! :speakcool:

Secondly, what Thorton means is that you have modelled a Hybrid* docking system, when it should be a Probe & Drogue docking system. ;)

* = The Hybrid docking system is essentially a combination of APAS and Probe & Drogue.

Actually Don, that last texture was an old, incorrect version. Here's my newest, correct version. :)
