After a few idle years the OSIRIS-REX mission got me back on orbiter. Running Osiris_Rex launch 2016 I push "P" at T-10 seconds (23:04:50), the engines ignite and at T-0 seconds Orbiter shuts down returning me to the desktop.

Orbiter.log attached as .zip.

Here's my setup:
Orbiter NG Build 28 Aug 2016 v 160828
Video: Full screen 2560 x 1080 60Hz
Win 10
GeForce GTX 1070 Ti
D3D9 Client installed and activated (checked in Plugin Modules)
Multistage2015_MFD activated

Hi,
I can't see anything obvious in your orbiter.log.
I see you are using a more recent build of D3D9 Graphics Client module - can you try running the scenario using default Orbiter2016 rendering? Does it work?
Thanks,
Brian

Yes it does work with Orbiter. I get the message "Initialsiing 3D environment using a hardware device failed. ..." for most of the Video settings. I can not get the full resolution to work unless i use the S3D9. The best i can get is windowed at 1920 x 1080. Guess I can live with that.... it took a lot of searching to find this setting that did not give me the error.

Sorry I can't give further insight into the issue. I'm using the old D3D9 build 170705, my usual resolution 1600 x 900 window.
Glad you got it to work anyway :)

Guess my screen is just too big for a 3 year old app (2560 x 1080) ;)
Have the AV067 in its first orbit, will let it go an see what happens.
Thanks for this add-on and your quick reply. Time to look into the new Space X launches to the ISS.
