The problems with the atmospheric flight model is now being slowly worked out but for now the subsonic flight performance is great! The orbiter handles like a dream! Very easy on the controls, if a bit slow during the final flare.
So it is now possible to practice final approaches very realistically if you have a joystick as that makes the handling much easier!
