To get a realistic azure colour, change the AtmColor field in Earth.cfg to
AtmColor0 = 0.0 0.55 1.0

Change the "AtmColor0" and "AtmHazeColor" fields in Mars.cfg so that they are as shown:
AtmColor0 = 0.823 0.658 0.501
AtmHazeColor = 0.823 0.658 0.501

Rather interesting and easy method. But there is even more exciting addon - Orbiter Atmospheric Visual Enhancement by endeavourcmdr, it can be found [ame="http://www.orbithangar.com/searchid.php?ID=2379"]here[/ame]. It's very small and isn't resource-heavy, but the view is amazing!

The problem is that sometimes, for an amazing good view of the hearth , there is a blue haze in mars or venus.

is difficult have a good compromise between diferent worlds

After scanning through many NASA images of "color corrected" images showing horizon or sky on Mars, I agree planet atmospheres should be treated individually for realism.

I disagree with the author of the "Orbiter Atmospheric Visual Enhancement V3" that Mars has a significant blue component. On my color-corrected monitor the perceived color varies greatly depending on what part of the sky is shown and whether the Sun is washing out the image or how high the camera is tilted. Captions indicate the dusk and dawn component mixed with the red is more gray than blue, but the predominant color remains rust red.

This happens because of the way that OAVE V3's atmosphere enhancement works: It overwrites the "horison.dds" file (or haze.dds? Whatever) which is by default, a greyscale image. The OAVE version is blue.

I remember finding out about this, I had just installed this, and then for some reason wanted to have a look at Venus. I rembember thinking: "What the heck? Venus isn't blue!". I think I might have posted a bug report or something around somewhere. I know for sure that I uninstalled OAVE and never touched it again. IMO, the cons outweigh the pros.

I like this color mod for Mars. Looks enough like Mars lander pictures I've seen both landed and in orbit.
