Request help with Skylab v4.8

Skylab 4.8 and ASTP 4.8 don't work for me. It simply crashes the porgram all together with no log on why. STS historical mission for shuttle fleet 4.8 also doesn't work. So I use Skylab1973 with all the appropriate addons.

Still looks really good and I can choose either AMSO or NASSP. I choose AMSO, it looks better IMHO

Skylab 4.8 is/was part of the Shuttle/ISS/Aircraft/Shuttle-C fleet. Along with a "new"ish MIR with CMG mod...

Anyway, I've gone through all of the Skylab scenarios, and the only ones that don't work for me are both Ironman missions, and the Skylab-B mission. I'm well enough to go to work tonight, so I'll have to troubleshoot more tomorrow.

I've done some preliminary troubleshooting, and I think there is something with CMG that isn't playing nice with the others. Going on a "clean" installation I can replicate the CTDs that are mentioned. I'll take some time picking apart each scenario...

In the meantime, the Skylab '73 and '80 by Usonian are pretty nice packages. The Skylab is more visual (particularly with 4throck's additional textures). With the 1980, you can use Shuttle Fleet to do what would/should/might have been done if Columbia had been ready on time.

Aaaand I'm back.

I was wrong about the CMG, so long as you've got the dependencies the CMG works fine.

However, what I found is that each scenario that crashes has the following...

NavLights:CSMLights
STATUS Orbiting Earth
ATTACHED 0:1,Apollo
DIALOG
END

Delete this out of the scenario (don't comment out with a semicolon, it'll crash in a different manner). Once deleted, the scenario loads fine (including the Ironman workshop).
