Seems mildly interesting, but as it can't move around the station I don't see this as a big help in doing much of anything on the ISS. If they could put it on the exterior as a robotic surrogate controlled by VR inputs, it could spare astronauts some risky spacewalks. But for the moment, it looks kinda campy, more for PR than anything else.
