Thanks. IWonder if the dockng petals are off. I would think they would be straight. I know the image the petal looks to be off side..

Yes and not quite. The aft APAS on the DM is slightly clocked from a pure 0. From my measurements, it's clocked 30°s CCW with the No.3 petal being angled towards the left side of the PLB when in the launch configuration. The aft DM APAS is the one that was used to dock with the orbiters, while the forward APAS docked with Mir's Kristall module APAS.

I might redo the ODS mesh. It seems a bit different those Those 6 black circles and the white part around them. Also the top is either black or light gray?

The APAS itself on the orbiters always had a black thermal blanket covering the bottom part which housed the actual mechanisms for the APAS. The same area of the in-space APAS units tended to be bleached over time due to the near constant exposure to severe UV radiation. So it started out black and over time turned into a ash-grey color.

2 Questions. Is the standtard APAS what the ODS has. It seems the one I have from SSU might be a bit larger?

ODS on the bottom.
2nd question Vessel builder. looking at adding the dock light. Do I need to add a beacon there also.

Here is STS 74 with the docking Module in the cargo Bay. EVA can be done thru the aft and tunnel hatch

Ideally the solar panels should be a vessel and be just attached. As they were to be attached to the MIR. Also attachment points need to be added for sts 76 eva things. But no idea where they were.

BUT still not sure of the ODS docking size. The one I have seems to be a bit larger than the standard APAS. If they were the same size. I can redo the ODS mesh

If you are using my APAS mesh, then it is all correct. Here's all the relevant dimensions that I used:
APAS measurements

Mechanical base Outer Diameter (OD): 1.552 m
Capture ring inner slope bottom diameter: 1.16 m
Capture ring inner slope top diameter: 1.2 m
Capture ring top face diameter: 1.22 m
Capture ring outer slop top diameter: 1.25 m
Structural ring Inner Diameter (ID): 1.255 m
Structural ring OD: 1.44 m
Vestibule diameter: 1.42418 m

Mine should not need any rework, just quick import and use. Unless you're talking about the external airlock of course.

So this is what I get for the vestibule and ODS. From the drawing. It looks like the height of the Vestibule is .610M
