Uncertain of exactly what the problem is, either a MCC problem or a Dragon problem. May be the forward as there were talks about problems with one of the comm stations after ascent.

We're about to find out either way.

From the audio I heard, the flight computer had entered a passive failure mode.

Regarding the ability to reach the station, whether it can or not is immaterial, it's more a case of will it be ALLOWED to approach with a known fault and dubious energy state?

Issue with Dragon thruster pods. System inhibiting three of four from initializing. About to command inhibit override.

This is getting Soyuz-1-esque. Good thing it is unmanned.

Actually, it "might" make it to ISS. Shotwell was not so sure about this when she fielded a question about this very problem during yesterday's LRR press conference.
Shotwell answers about that exactly at minute 18:49 on the press conference video posted by orb.

Well per Elon Musk they have problems with controlling the thruster pods - so sounds like a software problem. More like Phobos-Grunt.....

So it's a thruster issue, much more serious. Still, they can deploy the solar panels at anytime.

Livestream ended unplanned.....this can mean only one thing: There is really something wrong. :(

One positive note: The first stage was using all 9 engines. But is that it not, then its now a problem with the Dragon self :(

If they still have one, wouldn't it be possible to get to ISS?

Per SFN:
SpaceX founder and CEO just tweeted: "Issue with Dragon thruster pods. System inhibiting three of four from initializing. About to command inhibit override."
Solar array deployment was delayed while engineers attempt to regain attitude control of Dragon.

That means Dragon doesn't have attitude control.

Well, if it is only software, it can probably be re-uploaded. But I suspect chain failures, it's why I was thinking to Soyuz-1.

Well, a attitude control problem and the thrusters not working good, then its more bad news then a failed deployed solar panels what was everybody thinking first.

I hope there can do something to fix this.

With a problem during Thruster Priming, #Dragon's Computer goes into passive abort and the solar arrays are prevented from deploying.

Musk: Holding on solar array deployment until at least two thruster pods are active.

NASA is prepared to do "whatever is necessary" to save SpaceX mission per ISS update.

Latest NASA TV update reports that the issue may be related to change of burn schedules due to accelerated docking time. So definitely a software problem.

Words are out that the Dragon batteries can last for 18 hours, so it seems much better than once thought....
