Problem SRM exhaust wrong with Velcro in 2010

I installed Velcro, Velcro Saturns, and the new DG-Launcher in Orbiter 2010. I edited the DG-Launcher LRBs to use the SRM exhaust (just cause its cooler with smoke and the LH2 exhaust texture is well, bad) and when I launch, there are no smoke contrails. There's only a purplish flame. This worked fine in Orbiter 2006P1. I ran a default Velcro scenario that uses SRM boosters just to make sure it wasn't a problem with DG-Launcher and same story. No SRM smoke contrails. I have particle streams enabled, and the default Atlantis smoke contrails work fine. Any ideas?
