Just to add I've tracked down my IMS integration troubles dockings using only port 2.

For example radiators that have 2 docking ports.
They appear in Orbiter docked using only port 2. That prevents IMS from picking them up.
Undocking and redocking using scenario editor (and dock 1) solves the problem.

Here's the relevant scenario part (with no fixes) as orbiter saves it, right after the stack is imported:

f_a_11:IMS\RADIATORS\BR101_RADIATOR
STATUS Orbiting Earth
RPOS 7006586.82 19.10 146425.40
RVEL -157.565 -0.000 7540.039
AROT -90.00 0.00 -180.00
AFCMODE 7
DOCKINFO 1:0,f_a_10
NAVFREQ 0 0
END

Can you post a session save and the full scenario in the SE development thread?

You have to set the toolbox set to IMS in StackEditor/StackEditor.cfg

Huh... I can't access some parts from the IMS pack, even after setting the toolbox properly. I can't access the inline J-2X or the boosters.

Also, a suggestion for an improvement... perhaps add a UI to help you make sure you have enough heating/cooling/power generation/life support, and to calculate your stack dV?

Stack Editor was never designed specifically for IMS, and these features would require a very close integration with IMS, or a lot of duplicated code. The first is extremely difficult to do due to the convoluted structure of IMS, and the second just seemed not worth it. Things will get better with IMS2.

I can't access the inline J-2X

I'm not even sure that is a config that comes with IMS by default. I'm quite sure however that the mesh doesn't come with any distribution, so it's not astonishing.

or the boosters.

That seems strange, however. I can access the boosters just fine...?

You can add unrelated config files by right clicking a toolbox.

You can download J-2X and some other stuff not included in IMS distributive by using the link at the bottom of my post.

Is the mesh in there too? because then it should technically work. That pack has been the default distribution of IMS for quite a while noe...
