Most of the addons authored by our French members were/are housed via Daniel Polli's site (DanSteph). I understand there were some difficulties that caused a changeover of hosting facilities so maybe some files went into the ether. I can't remember whether the author of that addon was either Mustard or Jacquesmomo ... but they are still active on the Orbiter French Forum and may be contacted there.
