Hi guys,
I'm sorry to post what I think may have already been discussed..but I've tried everything I can think of and still not getting any joy...
I'm trying to run Pursuit MFD in Orbiter 2016 without any success..I've downloaded the correct version "PusuitMFD_171119"..I've also made sure that I've not loaded the Orbiter 2010 folder that was included in the zip file....I've also checked that the dll file is in the module/plugin folder, so everything is as per the instructions
I'm seeing the module in the launch pad which I've checked/ticked...I also have ticked the ModuleMessagingExt MFD....I've also got the following loaded, but it still doesn't show in the MFD window when I try to select it...its not there

I'm still getting the same code 126 error so I'm stuck as to what to do next....I'd really appreciate it if anyone else has had this problem and managed to find a resolution, or if anyone can suggest what to do next....I know it runs on Orbiter 2016 as I've seen videos on You Tube....at a loss now..

Any help from you guys would be much appreciated..

Cheers

That's too bad because the MFD is worth giving a try! It works on my Win-10, O2016, but I have the full Visual C++ SDK. If you haven't re-compiled the module by yourself, the issue may come from Runtime indeed (try the one given in O2016 distro's subfolder Install) or from incompatibilities with other MFDs (try unselecting them first). Good luck!

If somebody knows any key-memo about these runtimes or about compatibility checks, I'm interested as well because it's always a mess for me when it happens.

Hi Boxx, thank you for getting back to me, I really appreciate it...just so you know, I'm running Windows 11, and everything seems fine apart from this one MFD...I've tried unselecting every MFD (all at once)...except Pursuit but it still didn't show up, so maybe not a conflict with other MFDs...I assume I don't have to uninstall them, just unselect them...
I've also loaded the "vredist_x86" that is in the Orbiter Install folder and still didn't work so not sure what's going to be honest...
Could you let me know what full Visual C++ SDK you have and where you got it from....I could try that....and not being a techkie, I'm not sure what you mean about re-compiling the module by myself...I wouldn't have a clue what to do....I'm sure it can be resolved, just have to find out what's causing it....LOL

Good job finding that out, Pusuit worked right out of the box for me, it’s one of my favorites.
