Problem Strange problem with Orbiter I've never encountered before

So I reinstalled Orbiter after cleaning my PC, before running it, I installed some addons (spacecraft3, DG-IV, Ect.), and ran a first scenario. It worked as expected. All textures loading, good FPS, Ect. Then, when I went to the Current Scenario that had just been generated, strange stuff happened. The textures in the sky and on the VAB were missing, and I was getting about 1 frame per 5 seconds. I'll try reinstalling Orbiter, but I'm afraid it'll just happen again. What do you think is causing it?

Did you get those missing DLLs that always seems to need to be downloaded for Orbiter to work?

Also, are you running in RGB emulation by any chance??

Yes I am.
EDIT: Just tried a clean install, same thing happened.

First, find msvcp71.dll and msvcr71.dll on the internet and put them in your orbiter folder.
For your videocard problem: check "always enumerate devices" in the video tab of orbiter. Make sure you choose your videocard and not RGB.
