Hi folks,

I have two questions to you, which I believe, no one of you has ever come across. So here they are:

1.) On every Space Shuttle Orbiter, the words "United States" are written on the sides. Which font is used in the inscription?

2.) You know the default Windows XP desktop picture (the grass with the cloudy sky). If it is a real photo, where on Earth is this place which is now on millions of PCs worldwide?

Maybe some of you have clues to that questions. If so, pleast post here :)

Cheers ,

Area 51, in the room next to the moon landing set. ;)

#2-probably somewhere in England
EDIT-scratch that, there are mountains in the background

Helvetica:

United States
Discovery
Challenger
Columbia
Endeavour
Atlantis

Yes, this should be the font type used on the shuttles.

Sure looks better than:

United States
Discovery
Challenger
Columbia
Endeavour
Atlantis

Yes, It's Comic Sans

I wonder if the price of that particular piece of real estate has gone up.

UNITED STATES
COLUMBI- ERROR

Yup, it's the...

ATTACK OF THE COMPUTER SYSTEM FONT!

IT'S TAKING OVER! Like a rouge computer virus, the font attacks when you least expect it, ripping text off bilboards and handwritten letters to replace it with it's own cold typeface.

Get out, before it is to late!

Ha ha, I post in code! Ah, Wingdings don't work...
