I am opening a startup to develop satellites and as a part of prototype making would like to know what is the best transceiver that can be used for a Ka frequency band

I am opening a startup to develop satellites and as a part of prototype making would like to know what is the best transceiver that can be used for a Ka frequency band

The best for what use case? As I can see, there are not just many commercial around, even some developments funded by ESA for small satellite projects, but also many different parameters to consider.
